Great Southern Bank support for customers impacted by flooding

Great Southern Bank is extending our flood support to those affected by the severe weather in other parts of NSW, including the Hunter region, Central Coast, Sydney, Illawarra and South Coast. This follows our announcement earlier this week about help available to those customers impacted by the recent flooding in south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales.

Customers can contact our Customer Assistance team to discuss how we can help while you get back on your feet.

To talk to our Customer Assistance team, phone 1800 110 440 and choose option 2. Customers can also apply for financial assistance via our online portal.

Impacted customers may qualify for assistance including:

  • An opportunity to suspend repayments on loans or credit cards, on a case-by-case basis;
  • Late fees waived on home and personal loan repayments;
  • Term deposit break costs waived;
  • No fees for a replacement credit card.
