If you've just received your Great Southern Bank card, you will need to activate before use.

How to activate your Great Southern Bank card

Click on 'My Cards' in the left-hand side menu, after logging into online banking.

Click the ‘Activate card’ button on the card you'd like to activate.

Enter the last 4 digits of your card number and the expiry date in the provided boxes. You can find these details on your physical card. Then select 'Activate card'.

Enter the one-time security code sent to your registered mobile phone or email, then click the ‘Continue’ button.
A confirmation message should appear stating your card was activated successfully.

Click ‘Back to my Cards’ button to return and activate other cards.
