How to make a claim
Contact our Insurance Services team Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm AEDT, to confirm your policy details and obtain a claim form.
Drop into your local Great Southern Bank branch to arrange for a claim form to be sent to you. We'll discuss the claims process with you and advise of any documents required to support your claim.
Cancellation of Policy
You can request cancellation of your policy at any time. To cancel your policy please send a written request, signed by all parties on the policy to Credicorp Insurance. This can either be posted to us at GPO Box 100, Brisbane Qld 4001 or alternatively emailed to insurance@gsb.com.au.
Additional Support
If you need additional support or assistance because you are experiencing vulnerability, please tell us about your vulnerability so that we can work with you. This may be due to a range of factors including your age, a disability, mental or physical health condition, language or literacy barriers, cultural background, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander status, remote location, financial distress or domestic or family violence.
