Great Southern Bank support for customers impacted by NSW flooding

Great Southern Bank is here to help those customers who have been impacted by flooding in NSW, including Sydney and the Illawarra / South Coast.
Customers can contact our Customer Assistance team to discuss how we can help while you get back on your feet.
To talk to our Customer Assistance team, phone 1800 110 440 and choose option 2. Customers can also apply for financial assistance via our online portal.
Impacted customers may qualify for assistance including:
- An opportunity to suspend repayments on loans or credit cards, on a case-by-case basis;
- Late fees waived on home and personal loan repayments;
- Term deposit break costs waived;
- No fees for a replacement credit card.
NSW branches
All NSW branches remain open. Customers are encouraged to use online and mobile banking where the weather or flooding means it is unsafe to travel on local roads. For updates on branch opening hours, click here.

If you have been affected by the severe weather or flooding and need to lodge a claim, the Allianz claims team is ready to help. If you have experienced damage it is a good idea to lodge a claim as soon as possible.
